The new Cyber Security Act (in Czech: ZoKB) implements the requirements of the EU’s NIS2 Directive and introduces new obligations, controls and sanctions as well. Read more...International Conference “Cybersecurity and Data Protection” has been held as part of the Czechia’s participation at the Expo 2025 Osaka, in Japan. We were there. Our strong competency in this field provided us a great opportunity for sharing knowledge, experiences and strengthening international cooperation among other.
The Software AG group, after it had been acquired by an US private equity group Silver Lake in May 2023, started the new year with a slew of strategic changes, announcing the relaunch of ARIS products and few other ones as standalone businesses. Each led by their own management teams.
ARIS development and support is now provided by SAG Aris GmbH.
So, while the owners are changing, many of the key people behind the product remain. Nothing new in a long ARIS history.
The final text of the EU Commission Implementing Regulation to the NIS Directive was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 18 October 2024. The Commission has adopted the first implementing rules to boost cybersecurity of EU's critical entities and networks.

ARIS now supports very efficient localization of process database content into any language. Powered by advanced neural machine learning.
For translation, you can choose your preferred external services such as Google Cloud Translation, Microsoft Azure Translator or DeepL.
This makes it much easier for global companies to share process knowledge so that it can be fully understood in their native language by all employees anywhere in the world.

It's been almost 5 years since we started developing Zoty risk and asset management application. Now it 's time for a change in strategy. The development of Zoty will be handled by a newly established company, Zoty Ltd. What has not changed - the same team will continue to work on the development of Zoty.
The main focus of Zoty Ltd, besides the development itself, will be building and supporting the partner network. We were successful within a call for proposals in support for applied research and experimental development of the EPSILON programme.
IDSA, together with University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, proposed a project of development of software platform for both the acceleration of implementation of management systems and process automation. And Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR) decided to fund the project.

From now on, IDS Advisory provides ARIS support directly to customers since ARIS staying the key IDSA's competence. An existing maintenance contracts remain valid. These contractual itelligence customers are entitled to use Software AG HelpDesk.
IDS Advisory remains the only company in the Czech Republic, who has a professional background to ensure both consulting and methodological support as well as complete technical support in local language for all products of ARIS Platform.
ARIS was developed and delivered by IDS Scheer in the past. IDS Scheer, a global German corporation, operated on Czech market since 1994 when a partnership with Comsoft company has been launched. IDS Scheer branch office in Czech has been established in 2001 after Comsoft has been acquired by IDS Scheer.
IDS Scheer itself has been acquired globally by Software AG corporation in 2010. Software AG focused mainly on software development and doing business via partners. As a result of the implementation of such a strategy, some of new Software AG units faced significant changes.
These changes affected the entire EMEA region including the Czech Republic. A local ARIS support does suddenly not exist anymore because of deep restructuring and downsizing of branch office in the Czech Republic in 2013.
The establishment of IDS Advisory company, which is being formed from the former Software AG's (formerly IDS Scheer) ARIS team, has been initiated because of the lack of qualified regional partners in Czech. It has also prevented the loss of critical knowledge and skills being developed within the previous 12 years and ensured continuity in providing of support to existing ARIS customers as well.
IDS Advisory became a partner of Software AG for Czech territory in May, 2013.itelligence company buys Software AG's branch offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The acquisition process is carried out during 2013 and finished in January 2014. By now, IDS Advisory sells and implements ARIS via itelligence based on an exclusive partnership agreement.
IDS Advisory has terminated a partnership with itelligence in March, 2015. By now, IDS Advisory supports ARIS customers directly.
